Are you contemplating the ‘Weight of the Nation’ and how federal politics will unfold? Or are you obsessing about the ‘Increasing Weight of the Nation’. Winter can be trying as it’s so easy to over indulge in warm comforting food and justify it's too cold to venture outdoors.
Or it can be a time to indulge in winter sales, anything to look fab in. If you want to look chic while feeling cosy call me on 0419468272. Read more on my blog.
Men - Sharp Winter Style
Wear classic, country inspired looks to give a relaxed and contemporary look this winter. Make sure you check out the winter sales and invest in garments that offer cold comfort and will last for seasons.
A classic trench worn with stylish jeans, checked shirt and riding boots looks sharp and stylish.
A tweed country look jacket layered with a merino jumper, jeans and lace up brogues.
A velvet or corduroy blazer with tailored strides, a tailored shirt and a stylish vest.
Don't under estimate the finishing touches, a beautiful scarf is not only warm but looks so suave.
A custom made leather jacket is so debonair, why not invest in those from designer Ben Pollitt at Friedrich Gray. Choose from different leathers, zippers, fittings and linings. Prices start at $600 info@friedrichgray.com,

Beauty Checklist
Here are some beauty secrets that the professionals don't always tell you.
Silica - For nails that are weak and continuously chipping and breaking I find Q Silica capsules fantastic.
Electric Toothbrush - Mine is Oral-B and what I love about it is the 2 minute timer so I can contemplate more important matters rather than watching the clock.
Before you apply eyeshadow, powder your eyelids as they need a base and it prevents your eye shadow creasing. Foundation or concealer gives you greasy eyelids.
Use a brow pencil with a feathery brush or a brow powder to give a subtle brow, avoid a harsh line which adds years to your face.
Makeup is an art and you need some good quality brushes to create a flawless face.
