If you don't have a model's figure, be a beach belle in swimwear shaped for you.

Full bust - Go for styles with soft foam cups, thick straps and underwire support.
Big tummy - Tankinis and one-piece suits with control panels or ruching around the waist keep tummies under wraps.  Look for diagonal lines and medium size prints.
Bottom heavy - Solid-colour pants and print top combos are best. 

Guys
Budgie-smugglers are not the go unless you race.  Wear either board shorts with a higher leg coming to halfway down thigh; or board shorts on or below the knee.  Wide horizontal stripes, checks and prints in blue, red, white and orange are hot.

Debonair - To look sharp and sophisticated wear a James Bond satin peak lapel dinner suit with a French cuff shirt, stunning cuff links, an Italian silk tie and a silk scarf.

High Heels – Friend or Foe

Although I love how high heels make me look taller and slimmer, I can't handle the damage to my back and legs.  I look at other ways to look great.
Shoes aren't the focal point of my outfit.
I stick to classic styles with not too many straps.
Wear skirts and dresses with pale coloured shoes to make my legs look longer.
Wear pants with shoes that blend with my pants (dark shoes with dark pants and light shoes with light pants).
Ensure my skirt length is around knee length.

If you love wearing high heels and can't give them up:
Remove your shoes as soon as you are home and do foot exercises.
If you wear stilettos, walk on an even surface.
Walk in bare feet whenever you can, pushing off each step using your toes, or walk barefoot in the sand.
